Aquariuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus!

That song will be stuck in my head for the rest of my life. I'm sure of it. We saw HAIR last night and that song kind of sticks with you. It was a good production and Marcus and I were quite proud of the students. Alli, our friend who's in for the weekend, even did our hair for the occasion. Let her loose with a straightening iron and look what happens:

We look kind of emo.
(That's me wearing real clothes and makeup, by the way. Haven't seen that in a while, have we?)

Dean had a swell time with Brittney. HIS hair was out of control and could have used some time with the straightening iron:

I can't believe there are only 7 days of November left. Aren't you glad? Cause then NaBloPoMo will be over and you don't have to read about us straightening our hair every day? :) That also means CHRISTMAAAAAAAAS is almost here and I am SO excited. I'm also gearing up for Dean's first birthday party. If anyone has any genius ideas about what we should get our little guy, please let me know. We would like to get him something memorable, not just a toy. (Grandparents seem to have the toys covered, thank you very much.) Marcus keeps threatening to re-wrap all his Christmas gifts and give them to him for his birthday. Anyone have any good suggestions?

For those interested, the Publix penny item this week was bleach. You had your choice of regular or lemon flavored. I thought that was a weird choice, but I got some anyway! Cause it was a penny!

You're supposed to GIVE something MORE to a one year old? Really? Besides life, firm skin and perky boobs? Really?

One person posted the idea of a personalized stool for the bathroom with a name puzzle. That might be something that is unique and memorable! So far, all I have bought is one toy - $20 - that I know she likes because she plays with an almost identical one at church.

Glad you had a good night out!

Haha- my hair looks like Dean's when I wake up. Not pretty.
And I CAN'T BELIEVE it's almost Christmas... good grief!! Where did this year go? I'm about to be 24... I feel like I'm still 17. (Especially after reading Twilight this weekend.)
